In collaboration with Ideo Architects, we are embarking on an exciting journey to breathe new life into a cherished family home, transforming it into a modern oasis while honoring its rich history. Our vision embraces an industrial American modern aesthetic, seamlessly blending natural tones, mixed metals, and striking natural stone throughout the space.
The renovation will introduce a new primary bath, designed for optimal flow and tranquility, alongside a sunroom addition that invites the beauty of nature indoors, allowing for year-round enjoyment. This light-filled space will serve as a serene retreat, connecting residents with the outdoors.
Additionally, our reimagined kitchen reflects a modern industrial vibe, featuring an open concept layout that enhances both space and functionality. With these thoughtful updates, we aim to create a harmonious blend of contemporary comfort and timeless charm, ensuring the home remains a treasured haven for generations to come.

In partnership with Ideo Architects, we are excited to unveil the design of a new home in Odessa, Texas, crafted to embody a modern retreat style that promises relaxation akin to a five-star resort. This thoughtfully designed residence features a spacious layout that promotes an exceptional flow throughout the living areas.
On one side, the primary wing houses a stunning bedroom with soaring cathedral ceilings, alongside a dedicated study, creating a serene escape. Meanwhile, the opposite end of the home is dedicated to children and guests, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone.
The heart of the home boasts a beautiful open concept that seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen, enhancing both social interactions and functionality. With ample storage and well-planned spaces, this home is designed to facilitate a lifestyle of ease and relaxation, making it a true sanctuary for its inhabitants.

Memorial, Renovation
In collaboration with Ideo Architects, we are embarking on a transformative renovation of a multilevel mid-century townhome in the Memorial area, honoring its original design while infusing modern elegance. Our approach celebrates the unique character of this early 60s gem, enhancing its architectural features with the warmth of natural stones and rich textures.
To elevate the aesthetic, we are incorporating specialty LED strip lighting, artfully integrated into beams and ceilings, which will create a stunning visual impact throughout the home. These innovative lighting solutions will highlight the distinctive elements of the space, blending nostalgia with contemporary flair.
With a foundation rich in architectural charm and an array of unique features, our renovation aims to harmonize the classic mid-century style with modern sensibilities, crafting a home that is both timeless and refreshingly updated.

Oak Forest, Renovation
In collaboration with Ideo Architects, we have reimagined a charming Oak Forest home, transforming it into a modern sanctuary with a focus on open-concept living. The first floor now features a beautifully designed kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, enhanced by custom cabinetry that combines functionality with style. We also updated the secondary bathrooms and expanded the utility room, ensuring ample storage and practicality.
One of the most exciting aspects of this renovation was the addition of a second story, which we achieved by installing a staircase and fully building out the attic. This new level includes a magnificent workspace loft and an exquisite primary bedroom suite. The luxurious bathroom is a highlight, showcasing a spacious two-person shower alongside a freestanding tub.
The shower design is particularly captivating, with pebble floors that evoke a natural ambiance, complemented by stunning emerald green tiles that feature a beautiful variation in color. The ceiling is adorned with a floral pattern tile, creating a whimsical mural that makes it feel as though you’re bathing beneath a lush garden canopy. This renovation blends modern elegance with imaginative design, resulting in a home that is as functional as it is enchanting.

We embraced a modern aesthetic, utilizing a carefully curated selection of unique textures and finishes that elevate the home's character. The primary suite is a standout feature, boasting impressive high ceilings adorned with exquisite marble accents that add a touch of luxury. Each design choice reflects a harmonious blend of contemporary elegance and personal flair, ensuring that the space truly feels like home. This collaboration has resulted in a stunning environment that perfectly balances modern sophistication with the client's distinctive taste.

Our design vision incorporates bright finishes, including white oak accents and enhanced lighting, which will invite natural light to flow throughout the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
A key feature of the kitchen redesign is the waterfall peninsula island, which not only serves as a stunning focal point but also adds functionality and elegance. By reconfiguring the layout, we are optimizing the kitchen for everyday cooking needs, ensuring a seamless flow between the living and dining areas.
